review rating 5  I just wanted to take the time to leave a bit of a review, not usually being one to leave feedback as people expect different things so I always tend to take them with a pinch of salt. However, over the last 12 months I’ve had my fair share of work carried out by the team at ADS. Starting out with an oil filter housing and more recently a full carbon clean with a few added goodies to sharpen the driving experience. Upon every visit to the work shop with a query regarding something, I have been greeted by the upmost respectful and helpful people I have met in the motor trade. Your customer care and communication is second to none, whether it be diagnosing an issue and relaying this to myself, as this has always left me in the knowledge that my car is in the most capable hands, to querying which hardware would be the best solution for the issue I may be having. In my most recent visit I dropped the car off on the Monday for a carbon clean, a replacement engine mount and a powerflex dogbone insert. Upon commencement of the work it was noted that a few items elsewhere had deteriorated and were showing signs of being past their best. Scott, who is now probably applying for a restraining order to be put in place against myself, continuously communicated any hiccups and problems along the way explaining exactly what the issue was and the items he was planning to order. Communicating with Scott through social media I saw evidence of these parts, and the excellent care I was receiving rather than a simple dismissal that it wouldn’t matter if it wasn’t changed. The original time scale was pushed back further than expected due to these issues, as well as a handful of others regarding the injectors and fuel pump/fuel pressure sensor however I was informed daily of the progress that was being made and the effort you where all going to troubleshooting various hardware to establish the underlying issue. Finally, collection day. A week had passed, I was finally collecting the car after what felt like a life time. I turned up and was immediately greeted by Scott. I took a seat and he ran me through absolutely everything that had been carried out on my vehicle in the time that it had been in the work shop, the work that wasn’t originally planned and how it would benefit the car down the line as well as the enhancements I had requested to be carried out when I initially booked the car in. I was then instructed to then look over the car by a gent with a beard, I can’t remember his name. He gave a slightly more technical description of the work he himself had carried out, it was clear at this point the effort he had gone of cleaning up the whole engine bay for me making it look better than new upon collection. All in all I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who was involved with my car last week, as well as everyone who has been involved previously. As a customer it’s clear to see that everyone who works at ADS is not only proud of what they do but hugely passionate. If you wouldn’t mind passing this on with a massive thank you it would be greatly appreciated 👍🏽
