in the workshop again this week yet another B7 Audi RS4 with gummed up valves !! I must love doing these 🙂

This car is having our own custom stage 2 software with cold start delete and flap delete coupled with a full exhaust system and decat which should see and impressive 440 bhp !!

We’ve found the most effective way in which to remove the carbon is to use the Tunap polymer bead blaster tool which fires Polymer beads directly into the inlet valve chamber removing any baked on stubborn carbon !

We then use a special rinse agent to dissolve the residue left over leaving an immaculate and clean finish !
